What is the requirement to board the cruise?

All travellers need a passport with at least 6 months travel validity. Foreign passport holders (all passport other than Singapore passports) are required to bring along your PR IC/re-entry permit/Employment pass/S-Pass/Work Permit/Visit Pass/Student Pass (with at least 14 days of pass validity)

What documents do I need to bring along if I’m a tourist

All travellers need a passport with at least 6 months travel validity. Tourist are also required to bring along their multiple journey visa (with at least 14 days validity), must not exceed staying in Singapore for more than 14 days, and have a copy of your return air ticket confirmation to home country.

My travel documents, visa and return air tickets are all in my email. Can I just show it to the ticketing staff when I’m purchasing my ticket?

No, all travel documents and visa need to be printed out for verification prior to purchasing or collection of tickets.

How do I make a reservation?

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made online if you are purchasing your tickets on this website. Alternatively, payment will be collected (CASH / NETS) at the ticketing counter prior to the collection of your boarding pass

Can I change, amend or cancel my booking after confirmation?

Yes you may change or amend your booking details at a fee of $5/amendment, and $10 per cancellation. There will also be no refund for no-show.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed only when you received a confirmation email / call with a booking reference number.

How long is the journey to the cruise?

It takes approximately 1 hour 15 mins to get to the cruise, including a transit at Nongsapura Batam Ferry Terminal.

How do I book the return ferry back to Singapore?

You may book your return ferry on board the cruise, at Level 2 ferry booking counter. Refer to ferry schedule here

My wife is pregnant, is she allowed to board the cruise?

Pregnant women are not allowed to travel due to safety consideration.

Can the cruise accept wheelchair bound passenger?

The amenities on board the ferry and cruise are not wheelchair friendly. Due to safety consideration, wheelchair bound or passengers who require the assistance of a companion due to physical disability will not be allowed to board the cruise

Where is the boarding and how early should I be at the terminal to collect my boarding pass?

Boarding is at 50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, #01-22 Singapore 498833. You will need to collect your boarding pass at least 1 hour before departure, as the immigration gate closes 30 mins before ferry departure time.

What is the maximum number of days I stay on board?

The cruise fare allows you to stay for 1 night till 1445 the following day, or an extension fee of $20/pax will be charged. Maximum stay on board is 3 days 2 nights.

Is there any money changer on board?

Yes you can change money on board subject to the cruise’s prevailing rates

Are credit cards accepted on board?

Yes, VISA and MASTER CARD are accepted, subject to 4% card fees

Are there ATM on board?

No there are no ATM on board, it is recommended that you withdraw cash at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. POSB/DBS, OCBC and UOB ATM are available at the ferry terminal.

Any attire requirement?

All passengers are to be in properly attired in smart casual dressing (i.e. covered shoes, no sleeveless)

Are there vegetarian or Halal food served on board?

Only very limited vegetarian food are served on the buffet line, and all food served on board are NOT Halal-Certified.
